Delivery We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 5 days from receipt (see return policy). If when we receive the goods back there is no material fault and the goods were correctly supplied we reserve the right to charge a 25% re-stocking fee for consumables (inks, toners, drum units, fuser units, staples, waste toner bottles) and 30% for hardware equipment (printers, copiers, photocopiers, mfps and mfds). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 5 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund within 30 days, less any postage cost / delivery costs and re-stocking fee’s as mentioned in our cancellation policy.

Introduction and aim
Samiltons Ltd is a photocopier sales and service business, operating from sites in London and Surrey. Our main products are Canon Photocopiers, Samiltonss, Consumables and other associated products. We recognise that our operations result in emissions to air and water, and the generation of waste. It is our aim to comply with legislation and other requirements, continue to reduce the environmental impacts of our business and operate in an environmentally responsible manner. This policy describes how we will achieve our aim.
This environmental policy applies to all of our operations including sales, service support, delivery and procurement. All employees have a responsibility in their area to ensure that the aims and objectives of the policy are met.
We will ensure that resources are available to enable us to achieve our objectives and targets.
Objectives During 2012 and 2013, we aim to: • reduce the businesses carbon footprint • reduce the generation of general wastes • inform all customers and suppliers of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact
To achieve our aims, we have set ourselves the following targets: • inform all customers and suppliers about our environmental policy by June 2012 and, thereafter, all new customers and suppliers • define good housekeeping for solvent and ink use, ensure all employees receive training in good housekeeping by January 2013 and incorporate this training into the induction programme for new starters • introduce an recycling management system to reduce the amount of waste toners, toner cartridges and drum units being disposed of by April 2012

Progress against these objectives will be monitored through quarterly management meetings.
